Professors Manoelito Coelho dos Santos Junior and Franco Henrique Andrade Leite were invited as speakers at the 2nd edition of the Workshop for Drug Hunters, held on August 26–28, 2026 at the CSA campus of the Federal University of São João del-Rei (UFSJ), in São João del-Rei, Minas Gerais.

The meeting brought together drug discovery and development strategies that combine computational and experimental approaches, with topics such as artificial intelligence, molecular docking, molecular dynamics, natural products and ADMET prediction.

Graduate students from the group also presented their work during the event.
